A very unique, privately run masseria. The décor is stylish, the apartment is spacious with living and sleeping areas, and the beds are very comfortable. The huge infinity pool has nice loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast is excellent. The beach nearby is lovely and reachable by car quickly. Private parking is available. We’ll definitely return.

The natural setting is superb: imagine a 600‑meter lane bordered on both sides by blooming red oleanders. The restoration of the farmhouse architecture and the rich collection of artifacts, especially ceramics, are equally impressive. Every cactus is positioned and designed to look like an intriguing sculpture. Breakfast is abundant and entirely enjoyable, very home‑style. The sparkling pool and the surrounding area deserve a big shout‑out as well. Everyone on staff is very kind and ready to help. The dinner is inconsistent (today it’s available, tomorrow it’s unclear) and the menu is too limited, but they do offer great restaurant recommendations in the area.

Everything! From the warm welcome to the quality of the food. It’s worth highlighting the staff’s kindness, their attentiveness, and the constant presence of Alessandro, the owner, who looks after the guests’ well‑being. It’s especially touching because you feel his genuine interest, and this is the first time we’ve seen such involvement. A special mention goes to Salvatore, who is always there and ready to help (we wonder when he sleeps). We also remember Sarah’s smile and kindness, and Luca, who is always ready to assist. To top off this delightfully family‑like atmosphere, the table quality stands out. Maria, the chef, delighted us with authentic cuisine that respects local products and displays great subtlety in taste. She deserves a Michelin mention! We travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but Masseria Bagnara will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope to return with all our children.
