Cleanliness, quality of the food, and the staff. The staff were truly charming, but there are still a few details that could be slightly improved.

The breakfast was very extensive and the location in the hills is beautiful, but you have to book the wellness area in advance for the available times.

The location is amazing, the service is great and the kitchen is superb. The view of the Barolo panorama with the Alps in the background is beautiful.
