The hotel was near the beach and all the amenities we needed, but the lack of Wi‑Fi was a bit disappointing, and the poor mobile coverage made it hard to reach anyone.

“Lovely clean comfortable caravan stay for my nephews wedding with my family”

The caravan was spotless and the sea view from the deck was great; we loved the large, comfortable sofas. However, we never received a key fob for the caravan park, so we had to keep ringing the reception bell near the barriers to get in, even after hours – someone always answered, so it wasn’t a big issue, maybe I should have picked one up at reception.

“Attended a wedding in the hereby Hall and our stay was very pleasant”

The location was convenient for the wedding venue we attended, and a shop and restaurant were just a 10‑minute walk away; parking was available right next to the caravan. On arrival, the freezer drawers were full of water, so we couldn’t store our frozen groceries immediately. There was no WiFi inside the caravan, and the signal around the park was weak. We also didn’t receive a fob to open the barrier at night when we drove back.

I'm extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this caravan. We arrived expecting a relaxing Christmas getaway, but what we found was a property in a complete state of disarray. The owners had clearly left in a hurry, leaving behind old muddy boots, half-eaten food, and even bottles of Christmas alcohol. The fridge and freezer were filled with expired and spoiled items, and the microwave had visible finger marks.
