The decor is beautiful and the staff – Israfil, Nergis, and a young man with glasses whose name I didn’t catch – are very friendly, and it’s convenient for shops, restaurants, and the metro. Still, consider adding a spoon to the coffee bar and some biscuits, and varying the breakfast menu for longer stays; you’ll need separate shower gel and cream, not just hand wash and shampoo.

The hotel is in a nice spot close to restaurants, breakfast places, grocery stores, a pharmacy, shopping areas, and the Juwair Mall, plus the Osman Bey tram station; ordering an Uber or taxi is easy and the driver can get you to the hotel without trouble. Carrefour is almost a five‑minute walk from the hotel. The hotel sits on a hill, and the breakfast lacks variety – you can get by for a few days but then you’ll want to eat elsewhere. Some rooms, like the one on the sixth floor (601), have a strong odor from the water system, especially in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Narges and Israfil, and the service was excellent. Nothing in particular was wrong.

The location and staff were very good and helpful. The room was small with one double bed, but we managed to stay in a larger room for two people with one double and one single bed thanks to the reception’s cooperation.
