Friendly staff and a tidy room, but there was no mirror, so I had to ask for a kettle. Coffee and tea weren't in the room initially, yet they were provided once I requested them.

The location was great and the customer service was top‑class, especially when they accommodated us after we arrived later than our agreed time. However, we booked a family room, yet the room that arrived looked like something else.

The place was spotless, the host was friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay that I’ll recommend again. The only drawback is the lack of air‑conditioning or heaters for the cold winter nights.
