The campsite was very quiet at the time of our visit. On Sunday we didn’t receive the ordered and prepaid rolls, and no one answered the listed phone number. When we asked again, we were promised a refund, but it has still not arrived after several follow‑ups. We had always been very satisfied before, but this has disappointed us.

My experience at this campsite was a complete disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was left waiting for over half an hour for someone to show up, and when they finally did, I was presented with a mobile home instead of the promised holiday apartment. The pictures on the booking site had blinded me to the reality, and I felt like I'd been misled. The mobile home was cold, damp, and had leaky doors and windows, making it impossible to heat the place.

I recently stayed at this place, which was about 4 kilometers from the city center, a convenient location. However, the rest of my experience was disappointing due to the outdated facilities, including a 1970s-style caravan that lacked many essential household items. The Wi-Fi connection was also slow.
