“A lovely hotel very close to the Broadway with great staff and facilities”

The place was very clean and close to Broadway and the Honky Tonks, yet far enough away to stay quiet. One day the pool bar closed early, so we complained, but the drinks were offered free for the inconvenience.

The location , the pool, although very small with no umbrellas. reception area, nice and large with lots of seating. Nearly always food available either in the bar or restaurant. 4-5pm free cocktails. Staff were friendly. We were 3 ladies and booked a family room for 6nights. Although the room and bathroom were extremely spacious, there was virtually no where to put all our outfits. We only had 2 hangers each. And 2 small short poles to to hang all of our many clothes. There was a wardrobe that housed an ironing board on one side and no hanging but an iron on the other side??? 2 large comfy double beds between the 3 of us and only one central bedside table. Opposite the beds another table with coffee machine etc and 2 small drawers? In the massive bathroom, a very small sink and shower. With nowhere to put your products make up etc. not for 3 of us. We ent straight back to reception when we booked in and asked for more hangers and at least a chest of drawers, but no one came back to us. The lack of wardrobe/draws was a big issue for us 3 well dressed ladies, and the lack of response was disappointing
