The location is fine, but the experience was the worst: the AC in the suite didn’t work, they said it was fixed but it wouldn’t even turn on from the ON/OFF button, and later we were moved to a smaller room for the night; we might have had to change hotels otherwise.

In Kanpur, there are better options for this price, so I was disappointed. The staff were polite, and the room was clean. However, the washroom layout was awful and uncomfortable, it smelled bad, and the water stayed hot all day. The bed was terrible, so I couldn’t sleep at all.
