The privacy was good, but there was no signal inside the room. They turned off Wi‑Fi at 10 pm, and the reception closed at 10 pm with no one available after that. I tried to contact reception for hours after 10 pm but they were unreachable. The TV remote had no battery.

The hotel was very bad. Everything was disliked.

The reception boy was very bad and immature; he needs training before dealing with guests. He pointed out many facilities, but there were none—no TV, no safe parking. The balcony and room view faced the road and a school directly.

Its quite peaceful as up the hill from the lake & the 1 member of staff that's here is a sweetie & helpful. No fridge, no bedside light ( just very bright ceiling light) nowhere to eat & drink nearby & altho I have a balcony there is no view & nothing to sit on! Also the pool is not here - its in a hotel down the road!
