This high‑end business hotel impressed with motivated staff and roomy upper‑level rooms; a balcony is nice but not essential. The complimentary Happy Hour was a pleasant surprise. Umena Station is a 12‑minute walk, partly through underground arcades if you find the right direction; above ground it’s easy to locate. It’s a solid base for sightseeing, and a taxi to Shin‑Osaka Station costs about 2000 yen for an 8‑12 minute ride. No complaints—overall a perfect stay.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, with a special touch of roses and a small birthday present on the bed that really brightened my day. The rooms and lighting were very dark, and it was a bit annoying having to hand over the key each time you left.

The room was lovely, with a spacious balcony and a great view from the bath; the bed was fluffy and comfortable. The location could have been better, as it was a bit of a walk from Osaka Station.
