The sheets were dirty, there were cockroaches, the microwave didn’t work, and there was a lot of noise from pets.

“Filthy, unsafe”

The front desk staff and management are lazy and dishonest. The hotel is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches, and on a few nights I even found a cockroach in my bed. The place smells bad and is filthy. My room lacked a phone and a smoke detector, and most rooms have no smoke detectors, creating a fire hazard. There is no housekeeping staff—only one person—so after checking in no one came to service my room, and I had to ask more than once for it to be cleaned. Anytime I requested anything, I had to ask multiple times. The front desk is never staffed; you have to wait for someone to appear. Rats are out by the trash dumpsters. The place is a hazard and should be closed.

“Bad smell once you enter the lobby & your room, no AC in lobby or hallways”

The place smelled bad as soon as I walked in, and the management seemed disorganized, raising safety worries.
