“Ich war mit der Unterkunft absolut zufrieden.”
The room and bed were clean. The communal bath was a bit of an adjustment for me personally, but the bath was clean.
The place was dirty, mold behind the bed, no TV in the room, hardly any sockets, and no coffee machine.
Check‑in and check‑out worked well with the key box, and the Wi‑Fi was fine. However, only the room and bathroom were heated; the hallway and kitchen stayed ice‑cold. The rooms were untidy and clearly in need of renovation.

The only good thing about this place is how close it is to museums and restaurants, but the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, with a blocked shower drain that made it unusable. Despite the no‑smoking rule, the room was saturated with stale cigarette smoke, forcing us to keep the windows wide open for fresh air. The kitchen was so dirty we couldn't cook, and the cupboard was full of mold; we only used it to wash our own utensils after sanitizing the sink. This apartment is not worth booking and we will report it as such.
