The staff were super nice, the rooms were nice, and the hotel was nice, but being on the top floor meant a loud ventilation system from outside and street noise.

We were satisfied with the service and the choice for breakfast. We were also very satisfied with the service of your executive lounge. No unfavorable comments during this stay. Everything went extremely well.

Breakfast was good, but the food quality at the executive lounge needs improvement.

The location was good, but a stale odor greeted us upon entering the room. The glass partition between the bathroom and the room compromised privacy and let light spill into the whole room. The shower had a tiny anti‑slip mat, but the larger area was very slippery. There was no hand shower or support rod in the shower. The staff at the Pune 14 restaurant seemed to lack coordination.
