A homey welcome that felt like a second home, with top‑class facilities and outstanding food; the hosts were very friendly. The pool was excellent and the gardens were very peaceful, making it a convenient and perfect stop on the drive from Calais. I didn’t find anything to complain about, except that I wish the hosts had mentioned earlier that the barbecue dinner and drinks would need to be paid in cash.

Breakfast was very filling, and the two managers were exceptionally personable and attentive, keeping us entertained throughout our stay; we’re grateful for the warm welcome.
