The room had most of what we needed – a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a clothes washer. An elevator was a nice addition. It was very hard to locate the hotel because there was no signage or clear address, and walking uphill to the metro was exhausting in the heat. No public transport was available on the street, only taxis. The kitchen could have had more utensils and cooking items.

Everything was super 🙏🏽🙏🏽 – great parking, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The host helped me sort out food delivery and even gave me his phone number. I left my phone in the apartment and the host returned it to me; huge thanks 🙏🏽. I’ll recommend this place to all my friends.

They gave us a free cancellation. The property initiated a free cancellation 10 days before our arrival, and when I asked why, they never replied. When we got there, we waited for half an hour and eventually another person – not the owner – told us the owner had cancelled because he had sold one of the rooms we had booked. They offered us to stay in only one room and add a bed, but we disagreed and settled for a free discount. The “free private parking” claim was a lie; you have to park wherever you find on the street in front. I’m neutral on all review criteria since we didn’t stay, but the lack of communication is a warning.

We arrived on time, but the hotel location listed on Booking had no signs. We rang the bell at the front door, which was locked. A man answered the intercom, asked us in English if we had a reservation, and we confirmed. Instead of opening the door and checking us in, he started messaging us on WhatsApp saying that despite our reservation, a mistake had occurred and they couldn’t accommodate us. We asked why they hadn’t notified us earlier, and he replied that they had only realized the error a few hours before 😵💫. We stood on the street for over an hour that night. We are extremely disappointed with the owners’ conduct.
