Beautiful house in peaceful countryside. The room was immaculately presented with a lovely view out onto the garden. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome in their home. Lovely breakfast. Nothing else.

Noreen was informed my wife is lactose free so she kindly provided lactose free dairy produce for our stay. Andy asked us each morning what we wanted for breakfast and cooked it fresh, delicious. Each day we were given lots of information about the local area and travel advice. We really appreciated the recommendation to book Fat Olives in Emsworth to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A comfortable chair inside the room instead of sitting on the bed

Welcomed with homemade scones, jam and clotted cream. Felt more like staying with friends or family than a B&B. Amazing setting. Good recommendation for a local pub within walking distance. Excellent breakfast. The only thing I would have liked would have been a magnifying mirror available in the bathroom/bedroom.
