The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a bathroom, shower, and a thoughtfully designed makeup area. The view was beautiful, airy, and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, though the two rollaway mattresses were a bit flimsy. It was so great that there was nothing to criticize; the price is cheap, so it could be a frequent choice, but if it’s too expensive, you should consider that.

The hotel sits right on the harbor where cruise ships dock, and the rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking Halong Bay; the breakfast is excellent. However, the area around the hotel is still under construction as of the end of 2026.

The view of the harbor is beautiful, especially at night. Our room was not cleaned, and although we never put a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the hotel claims to have found it hanging there.

The front‑desk staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning was not thorough; there were hairs on the towels and on the table, which was very uncomfortable.
