The hotel is clean, but the pool water was cold.

It was close to Cuyahoga National Park, but we booked months in advance and the rooms were sold out when we arrived at 11 pm.

The front desk staff were very kind and friendly, but the common area had a strong, old moldy mop smell that was unmistakable. The attendant in the common area was also kind, hard‑working, and courteous.
