The location was very good. The storage options were limited. The staff did not speak English and were not very helpful.

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The quality of the hotel is also good, but I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a place to grab a bite to eat after breakfast. Overall, it's a solid choice, but could use some improvement in the dining department.

“A great location, well designed and maintained hotel and very friendly staff”

This hotel has it all - clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff who speak great English, and a breakfast buffet with loads of options, including awesome dim sum. Plus, it's in a fantastic spot with tons of restaurants nearby, from fancy to cheap eats. And if you need a quick laundry fix, they've got that covered too. My only gripe is the tiny gym and subpar coffee.

“Great location, large rooms”

Conveniently located near the metro, shops, and restaurants, this hotel has large and clean rooms. The breakfast selection is decent, and it's easy to get around. That being said, it feels a bit pricey for what you get, and it's a bummer there's no on-site dining for lunch and dinner.

“次回は別のホテルを探したい”

This hotel is pretty new and clean, and it's right next to a shopping center, which is super convenient. However, I had some issues with the shower being really cold, and when I complained, the problem persisted - the next morning, the water was still cold. The TV only had a few channels, and none of them were in English or Japanese. To top it off, there are only a few elevators, and only one laundry machine that actually works.
