The curtains were nicely dark. It was an absolute nightmare with a toddler and a baby – health‑dangerous conditions! This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. An older building or older furnishings are fine, but this lack of basic hygiene is an absolute sham. We arrived with a crawling child, a baby, and my house‑dust allergy, so this stay was pure hell. I had to clean the place myself with three packs of disinfectant wipes before I could let my baby onto the floor. Here’s an incomplete list of the unbearable conditions: Bathroom: The shower grout was full of thick black sludge. Under the sink were still stained toilet paper remnants from the previous guest! The toilet was dirty inside and out. The toilet brush was so short due to a fixed glass that you couldn’t reach down to clean – the holder was full of dirty water and constantly dripped. Room & cleanliness: Under the bed lay a centimeter‑thick layer of dirt and huge wool mites (a nightmare for allergy sufferers). The baseboards were completely dusty, mold and deep dirt sat in the corners of windows and window sills. Broken mosquitoes were stuck to the walls. The trash bin was filthy from the outside. Service & transparency: We booked for 5 days and there was not a single intermediate cleaning. This was not mentioned at all during booking. Only after a long search did we find this note hidden on a separate hotel website. Sleep comfort: The bed was so hard that I woke up several times a night because my arms went numb. Conclusion: This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families or allergy sufferers and in this state it should be ready for the municipal or health authorities. Never again! P.S. I should delete my review, I’ll write a new one.
