Definitely different than anywhere we have stayed before. They upgraded us to a lagoon view for free. You definitely have to be the type that stays around the beach, kayaks or paddle boards to really have enough stuff to do here to justify staying more than 2-3 days. Could not ever get a reservation for Ceiba that was on property. Twin Views is not good. Other food on property is okay but not great. Our door locked stopped working and asked them to fix it while we were gone to dinner. 3 hours later we return, they told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. had to sit in the hall at 1030 at night with 2 tired kids til someone showed up. The first room we stayed in had mold by the hood vent and the entire unit just felt dirty. They moved us to a different unit it was much cleaner

“Best place to stay around Disney!”

Everything at this resort was amazing; it ranks among the best stays I’ve ever had. The pool was phenomenal, and the kids adored paddle‑boarding, kayaking, and the rope swing. The beds were so comfortable that I even ordered the exact same model! Parking was a bit chaotic, even though the resort wasn’t full. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10. The vibe was great, and the other guests were respectful and laid‑back. It’s a really great place for families and kids. I didn’t like how the air conditioner automatically turns off every morning, and I was bothered by the lack of privacy in the living room when the blinds are closed.

“Amazing week, I wish we would of had more time to spend on the resort”

All my family under one roof and everyone had their own space. The lagoon was awesome, and the white sand beach was great.
