“Tutto sommato ok!”
The room was warm, the breakfast was good—especially the cappuccino—and hot water was always available. The location was quite quiet, letting us rest without disturbance. However, towels were never changed during our stay, and the glass door was not ideal for privacy or security.
A modern building undergoing renovation, with a nice minimal room. However, the room was messy, I had to use two TVs because one wasn’t working, the paper roll was larger than its usual spot, Wi‑Fi was missing or not the one listed in the welcome sheet, bathroom supplies were only for one day though I stayed three, checkout was done alone even though I wasn’t the only guest and workers were present, the bed was missing a piece, the hairdryer was on the nightstand without an adapter, the bathroom light was awkwardly positioned, the halogen lights were dim and the curtains couldn’t be closed—three stars?

The hotel feels warm and clean, everything is logistically spot‑on, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The people were very helpful. If the opportunity arises, I will definitely return.
