The hotel was very beautiful and clean, its location was more than wonderful, and special thanks to Ms. Iman in the reception team for her great effort to satisfy guests, provide the best service, and meet all needs in the fastest time. Everything was perfect; I cannot remember any negative thing I saw there.

The location was nice and the rooms were comfortable.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, and the bed were all excellent. The air‑conditioner was positioned directly opposite the bed.

During the breakfast buffet, the receptionist was accommodating, had a good attitude, and delivered good customer service, but for an executive room I didn't like the cigarette smell in the room, especially since I had a child and a pregnant wife with me. They let us check in at 3 pm, but when I signed the disclosure the check‑in was at 1400H.

The place is clean, but the elevators are confusing; one goes to reception, the other to parking and other facilities, and I heard other guests complain about the same issue.
