The suite was simply dreamy, especially the pool and the total privacy it offered, while the staff were wonderful, friendly and incredibly helpful; housekeeping did a fast and excellent job, and the laundry service was both efficient and very cheap, so I can wholeheartedly recommend this place – we stayed in two different rooms and loved both, thanks to Robert and Colleen.

Rides to the beach were a bonus. The breakfast staff were super friendly. Breakfast, pool, gym were good but not outstanding. Bungalow was really nice but had a very small bathroom. I wanted to really love this place as the most expensive place we stayed at during our 2 months in Lombok but somehow it just didn't offer the extended luxuary feel we had hoped for

I never found anything positive about the place; the air was always thick with the smell of burning trash and charred garbage because the locals next door were incinerating waste right beside the resort’s garden. Nighttime was noisy too, with cows mooing in the neighboring garden. The breakfast was barely worth mentioning, and every tiny extra cost had to be paid for.

The resort blends beautifully with nature; the bungalows and common areas are thoughtfully designed and mesh with the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and the external patio is gorgeous and perfect for private outdoor time. Room service is well organized, and the laundry service is very affordable. The restaurant is outstanding, with every dish from breakfast to dinner being exquisite, and we loved having poolside snacks delivered. Motorbike rentals are available at low prices, which is a great added perk. The only caveat is that the resort is a bit far from other island destinations like Gili or Tetebatu, so you’ll spend some time in the car, but for us it was still 100% worth staying in such a beautiful, peaceful setting.
