The pool and hot tub facilities are lovely, very clean, and the staff are exceptionally nice.

The staff were fine, but there was no elevator.

Breakfast was nice and the staff was more than helpful. The bedding left something to be desired. It's a thin scratchy blanket between 2 sheets. When we arrived, there were bugs in the bathtub

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, my stay was marred by a few issues, including a bed that was uncomfortably hard and an air conditioner that was so loud it kept me awake. The noise from the air conditioner was particularly disturbing, with a strange clinking sound that occurred every 10 minutes for a couple of hours. I ended up turning it off, but then the room became unbearably hot.

The hotel's location was its biggest selling point for me, as it was conveniently situated for my needs. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.
