The owner was very helpful, especially with the late check‑in. The property is near the trail entrance to Śnieżka, close to Żabka, and the apartment is a 25‑minute walk from the train station. The place is tidy, neat, and has a TV.

The location is near the trails and everything needed for mountain trips is available. The bathroom is cramped with a narrow shower entrance, the radiators are barely warm, but the room temperature is average.

The location is fantastic—just a few dozen meters from the main trail entrance, which was crucial for us and ideal for hikers. The staff deserves praise, and a big plus is the ability to leave the car in the parking lot long before the official check‑in time. However, cleanliness is an issue; both rooms and bathrooms need a thorough cleaning. The beds are terribly uncomfortable with a metal bar in the middle, which negatively affects recovery after a hike. The place is neglected and clearly needs a general renovation or at least a quick refresh; repainting the walls and replacing the curtains could significantly improve the aesthetic and comfort.

We really liked it – it was clean and quiet. The owner was pleasant, we checked in remotely, and the room had a kettle, tea, and towels. It’s close to the frog and trails.
