I found the overall stay acceptable, with a clean room, adequate lighting, and a shower that delivered excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. I liked the berry waffle option at breakfast, but wished there were more fresh fruit choices than just apples. Most staff were friendly and courteous, except for a few interactions that were less pleasant. I felt uneasy when housekeeping insisted only one towel per person would be given, implying a suspicion that I might take extra towels or steal them, which upset me. Around 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, the front‑desk clerk looked visibly annoyed when he had to leave the dining area—where he was watching television—to open the front doors for my family and me several times. A few minutes later, at about 10:05 p.m., he went to the pool area and abruptly told our group of four adult women that we had to leave immediately because the pool was closed. While I understand the need to enforce pool hours, the tone felt unnecessarily rude and could have been handled more courteously. I also spotted several large roach‑like insects in the shrubbery and wood chips near the front entrance; seeing them close to the entrance was concerning and detracted from the overall impression of the property. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience, as a friendlier approach to customer service and attention to these concerns would make future stays more enjoyable.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The bed was horrible! Neither of us slept good at all. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but after the first night and the horrible bed, we decided to leave early. The elevators had a bad smell
