Natura Aloha Beach Resort

The location worked well for the wedding I needed to attend. I thought the indoor pool could have been more aesthetically pleasing. The room itself was fair; I had to call front desk because there was no outside light (bulb out) in front of my room and the one below, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the tub was slippery, the shower curtain was clean but very wrinkled and unattractive. A previous guest had left a shampoo bottle in the shower, and the shower head was rusty but still functional. For the price, I expected better visual appeal. I don’t travel often, and when I do, I expect the facilities to be at least pleasing to the eye. The front office was very pleasant, and getting to my room was not a big issue.

The beach area and indoor pool were great, but bugs in the room and the staff were not friendly—rude at check‑in and when we asked for extra towels—put a damper.

“Great Couples Getaway-away from Waterpark crowds”

It was a bit away from the main Dells, yet the fire pits, beach seatings and view of the lake were nice; I’d like to visit in the summer months, and the tickets for the Timvati zoo were appreciated, with the wristband acting as a room key; however, kayaking was closed for the season, the parking lot was noisy, and the room advertised a lake view balcony but it was a stretch.

The view of the lake was amazing, but the bathroom was small.
