The staff were helpful and handled everything seriously. My wife got hurt on the elevator because it apparently had no light barrier; the staff only mentioned this when she had already brushed her shoulder against the door. The beds were generally very dirty, the furnishings were old and the place didn’t match the advertised 4‑star rating; only a toothbrush and a towel were provided for two people. The room service tried to ask us in the evening if we wanted a lunch pack instead of breakfast for an early check‑out, but that didn’t happen, although we did get a few bananas in the morning. It’s apparently unusual for an airport‑near hotel to have flights in the morning.

The location is so good, the staff are supportive and familiar, the rooms are close and clean, and overall it’s a budget‑friendly place with a great experience.

Situated at one of the primest locations of Delhi just near the airport makes it strategiclly superb place to be . Rooms are good and clean. Noise level is almost zero. Very serene and quite place. Room Service cn be made better and faster
