I got great value in a large suite for less per night than most motels, and it was close to trails and PCR; it was comfortable and clean. Construction on the road made getting out a bit tricky, probably because of the lower rate and off‑season, and the TV kept shutting off or changing inputs on its own, but neither of those would stop me from staying again.

The property is very nice, the location is great, the apartment is large, and the price is good.

The reception was very friendly and everything was fine. The grounds look nice, the rooms could use an update but nothing serious. Unfortunately we only had a short stopover.

The location is fantastic if you’re heading to Park City Mountain resort. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, the facilities were very outdated, and the pool area and sauna were under construction.

Location was within walking distance of event. Facilities not what was advertised and confirmed at time of reservation. Apartment was in poor repair. promised but did not deliver, and would not make it right. The reservation was for a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment confirmed by . The actual apartment requested by to Sweetwater was a two bedroom /one bathroom unit
