The property hosts downhill bike trails, a toboggan run, and lies only 3 km from town.

The staff, the location, and the food at breakfast and dinner were all top‑notch. Bine and Walter were great hosts, and the whole team—Andrea, Mario, Peter, and the servers—were fantastic. The only hiccup: if you’re heading to the slopes, getting from the lodge’s pick‑up point to the ski station takes 10‑15 minutes on foot, since there’s no shuttle.

The staff were incredibly helpful in this high‑altitude Saalbach hotel, and the sauna with hot tub offers a stunning valley view. The location is special—you’re picked up by snow scooter or piste bus, and the half‑board covers everything. The room was spacious, though it ran a bit warm from the underfloor heating, and parking under the road was limited.

The location, room, food, and staff were all excellent. If you want a beautiful setting with hiking and biking trails and a place to unwind, this is it. The only suggestion: improve the sauna’s privacy from some rooms.
