The staff, especially Mrs. Olga and her son Lizandro, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family; they always offered great recommendations and ensured I felt safe throughout my stay. I would highly recommend them, though the bathroom window curtain could use an upgrade.

The hotel sits in a central area with shops and eateries within easy reach. We experienced some consecutive rain showers, but everything ended up better than expected.

The location is excellent—just about a 10‑minute walk to the city center—but the real highlight is the service from Mrs. Olguita and her son, who are extremely kind. My entire family had a lovely stay and was thoroughly impressed.
