As always, a fantastic stay at Gold—staff, rooms, food, and facilities are top notch, so we’ll return. Some guests behaved poorly, but management handled it quickly; thanks!

The location is great and the on‑site food is good, but the hotel manager was extremely rude, caused a scene at the pool in front of other guests, accused us of wrongdoing, refused to apologize when shown evidence, and ruined our holiday, deeply embarrassing us.

The place is gorgeous, but the rule banning vaping by the pool feels a bit harsh.
