Everything was pretty much wonderful. The hotel is a solid, high‑quality Turkish five‑star. I was lucky to get a two‑room suite even though I paid for a standard room. The guests were also a plus—mostly retirees from the UK, which was great for my wife and me, both over 50. The hotel has been around for 34 years, and the staff have been there for all that time, so people keep coming back. That consistency matters. The bedroom light wouldn’t turn on (something shorted in the breaker), and the neighboring hotel and restaurant kept blasting music until midnight, so I had to use earplugs.

Everything was great—the food, the staff, the cleanliness. The only thing I wish they’d renovate is the children’s play area.

7th time there in 15 years, as always it was perfect vacation. Food quality and variety was a little below my expectations but hopefully it will get better next time

The staff were attentive and the service solid, with a good selection of alcoholic drinks. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The location was convenient. The food tasted good, though there were limited fish and meat options. However, there were also limited hot Turkish dishes, breakfast choices, and snacks. The pool wasn’t clean enough, and the gym and elevators felt dated. There was no a‑la‑carte dining during my three‑night suite stay. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the price we paid—our rate was based on an individual booking, not a package. Parking was hard.
