Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was close to where I needed to be, but the bed was awful—horrendous pillows left me with neck pain after two nights and the room was crawling with ants. The staff didn’t let me know I had to request a cleaning, so when I returned my expectations of a clean room weren’t met.

We didn't have breakfast, but everything else was fine.

It worked well for us because the hospital was across the street, but we were hit with an extra $20 per night incidental fee that should have been disclosed beforehand.

A single staff member was quite nice, but I got overcharged for a night I never stayed. I had to switch rooms because I added a night, yet they still billed me for both rooms and never corrected the mistake, despite two staff members telling me on separate days it had been fixed. I paid $150 for a nonexistent night, which felt bogus, and the hotel never mentioned the loud, messy construction online. I’m not bothered by the construction, but the money I lost makes me never stay Marriott again.

We had to leave the hotel at 5:15 am, so we didn’t use the restaurant, and the construction was a bit disruptive. We were surprised to see the entire front under construction when we drove up, and the lobby was fully covered and being redone. We felt there should have been some communication about this and perhaps a discount, instead of paying $114 a night.
