The location was good and the staff were friendly, yet the building was clearly old and in need of a makeover: the elevator buttons were almost broken, the carpeted floors were filthy and badly worn, a lizard darted down the hallway right after we exited the lift, the hotel had a strong musty odor, and the room itself was not one I wanted to stay in; we turned around and checked out. I’m still waiting for a full refund because the manager was not present.

All the staff were friendly, but the building is old and the pool was not visible.

“Ni mal ni bien”

The room smelled terribly of tobacco, almost impossible to breathe, and we stayed because we were exhausted; the pool was not working 😩.
