They let me in late and the front desk handled my request with great kindness. The room was clean and the location had plenty of shops nearby. I recommend the paspan for breakfast. There were shower gel and hand soap. The blinds blocked morning light nicely. The room and bathroom were small and basic for sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable and too small for two people. I could hear everything from other rooms and the common areas. They only gave us one towel per person (plus a small one) and we had to ask for a change, but still there wasn’t more than one.

The cleaning was good. The noise and lack of quiet made it feel more like a stopover than a place for tourists.

It was well located in the center of Alcobendas near the big square. The room didn’t feel clean; the nightstand had cigarette burns, the towel rack was worse than a chicken coop, and the shower was in a corner with rust and a rust thread. The cleaning crew made a lot of noise, and while they were moving around in flip‑flops and a man was spitting, it was hard to wake up.
