The location and cleanliness were fine. The ground‑floor room was too noisy; the apartment next to it is occupied by the owners and only separated by a non‑soundproof door, so there were loud noises all day until evening and early in the morning from 7:00 onward from both the neighboring apartment and the one above, where children play and adults talk loudly nonstop. It’s not suitable for someone who wants a quiet room to rest.

Clean, comfy bed, easy check‑in, parking. The breakfast was a bit lacking – just cookies with jam in the room.

The rooms were comfortable, new, and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work in any of the three rooms, and with the outside temperature at 35 degrees, it was hard to sleep well at night.
