The location was great for exploring the island, the place was quiet and had good car connections to services, but the soap dispensers were empty.

The price‑quality ratio was solid, Tinajo village was very friendly and well positioned for touring the island, the key‑box system meant no one was in contact with anyone—though we didn’t know about it, it didn’t really matter because the instructions were clear; a few better‑known distilleries were nearby, yet we were closer to the hostel than the hotel; everything was clean but a bit worn, yet the price matched that; one had to make that choice to avoid complaints; note that rooms 1 and 2 are next to the road leading to the volcano park, so while evenings and nights are quiet, mornings are noisy with cars passing by the window, but the sound‑proofing panels saved my sleep; the pool and jacuzzi were a bit confusing in a sort of central courtyard, not very inviting and we didn’t use them.

The facility was well organized and great for combining relaxation and functionality, but the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

The spot was perfect for island sightseeing, but no one ever cleaned the rooms, and because the kitchen was shared, some guests took cooking utensils, glasses, and cups back to their rooms.

The peace and staff friendliness—especially Enrique, who was exceptionally kind—were excellent; I have nothing negative to add.
