The cleaning was excellent and the location was great. The room was too small for three people, and there was little privacy because the rooms were not sound‑proofed and sat too close together.

I appreciated how flexible the check‑in was. The room was roomy, comfortable, and spotless. The spot in Roccaraso’s center is great yet quiet. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Nothing to add.

Breakfast was the only downside (pre‑packed snacks); otherwise everything was fine—clean and pleasant. We stayed just one day but liked it and would recommend.
