The setting is lovely, quiet, and the buildings are separated, giving a beautiful view and yard. However, the gravel drive is long, the sofa and chair are old and need replacement 🤦, there was no hot water at night or even in the morning—had to boil water in a kettle. The toilet seat is broken; you flush once and the water takes forever to refill. If they could fix all that, they could even add the money.
