The hotel was stunning, with beautiful architecture and design. The staff were friendly, and the location had shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and roomy. The gym was one of the best I’ve ever seen, with a fantastic morning workout and a view of the area. The spa was also nice. I had a great time and would recommend it. Alinda (I forgot the name) was super lovely and helpful at reception! 5 stars!

An excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Big thanks to the staff—housekeeping, bar, and reception—who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A stay at the Courtyard Marriott is highly recommended!

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Pristina from September 13 to 14, 2026. The hotel sits in a great spot in the new town, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, the entryway inviting, and I even got to play the piano in the lobby. What sticks out most is the staff. Everyone was friendly and happy to chat. Talha and Lea helped us at check‑in and made us feel welcome right away. Lea was a star, giving thoughtful recommendations on where to eat, answering questions, and clearly excited for us to explore Pristina. Her energy and engaging personality made us eager to see more of the city. Arvind was also kind and helpful with local tips. Sarah left a lasting impression, helping us through check‑in and check‑out with care and patience, and every conversation felt easy and personal, like catching up with a friend. Her warmth made a short stay feel much more memorable. She is wonderful and natural in hospitality; we hope she goes far. Thank you to Lea, Sarah, and the whole team for making us feel so welcome.
