The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and accommodating; we had a room overlooking the hall and the centre, just a 4‑minute walk from the Menin Gate memorial, though the hotel’s strange layout didn’t bother me.

The room was nice, the shower spacious, and the staff friendly, but the noise from neighbors was annoying and the walls let a lot of sound through.

The location in the centre of Ieper is great, the room is a good size and clean, but the television didn’t work and I couldn’t connect to the internet for Google TV.

The hotel sits just off the main square, the staff are friendly and helpful and they serve a good breakfast, but the rooms could use an upgrade such as USB sockets and a fridge.
