Everything about this place was great! The setting is beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Francesco, the owner, is helpful and friendly. Staying here was a pleasure.

The breakfast was fantastic, and we felt really comfortable. Mr. Bulletti is a wonderful person who made us feel at home. The B&B is located in a lovely village just 10 minutes from Perugia, and the terrace view is truly beautiful.
