The breakfast is good, but the bread and pastries could be fresher; otherwise everything else is fine. The room service manager Vijeyi is very friendly and serious about his work. The shower towels need to be replaced and larger ones should be provided for heavier guests.

The hotel was still in the middle of renovations, so construction was happening day and night. It was a bit annoying, but the room itself was still clean and the staff were helpful.

I stayed on a high floor and could see a bit of the sea, and the room had a comfy bed, AC, kettle, and two daily water bottles, plus a breakfast that I didn't even realize was included. The TV worked via HDMI, and the internet was fine. The location was a bit off – I wanted to be closer to the sea, but the hotel was nearer the port, so to reach a beach you had to take a bus or walk past the old town; the city itself had little to offer besides the sea, and the rain made it hard to swim.
