The hotel is amazing, with staff who are exceptional and always checking on you, tending to every need; the food is great, the views are incredible, the beach is nice and private, and everything is spotless. Staff come twice a day and are happy to work around you, making it one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only critique is that the toilet door has a glass window, letting anyone sharing the room see in; it’s not a major deal‑breaker but full privacy would be preferable.

I never liked it at all; it felt more like a massive construction site. I ended up moving hotels before my paid stay was finished. The property and facilities were disappointing, and I thought it was overpriced for what it offered. I also found the pre‑arrival information unclear, so the reality differed from my expectations. I didn’t feel comfortable or enjoy the atmosphere, so I left before my prepaid stay ended—this place just wasn’t for me.

The design is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and very nice facilities. Rooms are clean and lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. The food selection at the restaurant and the snacks menu could be improved, but that’s not a major issue. Restaurant service was a bit slow, and the shower’s hot‑water capacity in the room is limited.
