“Overall it was ok”

I liked the location. The room was decent for the night I needed it. I’ve stayed at many hiltons but this was my first time staying at this location. The pressure on the water in the shower could’ve been better. I also kept getting locked out of my room when I didn’t have my phone or anything by the key.

The reception staff was good. The carpet was dirty, the towels were old and worn, the toilet seat was very low and old, the conditioner didn’t work properly, and the bed was damp (even the napkins in the room were damp). Sleeping was very uncomfortable in the humid air. There were no updates throughout the hotel. They use the Hilton name to mislead older people who still associate HILTON with comfort and quality. Do not recommend to anyone.

“Well-staffed hotel in a good location that could use some renovations/repairs.”

The location in town was good and the price was fair. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and professional, which was honestly the best part of the stay. The hotel had many out of order items and is overdue for repairs. The ice machine on our floor was OOO; I went up a floor and the ice machine worked but the entire room was totally flooded by it. The AC in the lobby/restaurant/bar area was hot.
