The location is great, within walking distance of Sabaudia’s center and just a 5‑minute drive to the nearest beach. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is cleaned, reset, and refreshed every morning. It’s very handy to have coffee, tea, and biscuits included in the room price without breakfast. A fridge in the room is essential in summer to keep water cool. Parking is convenient nearby, and there’s a supermarket a 1‑minute walk, with private and reserved parking inside the property. The staff are very courteous and ready to answer any question or request. The area is quiet. The bathroom is tiny, the shower feels a bit old‑fashioned, but it’s functional for a few vacation days.
