“Seriously thinking.of never using booking.com again”
There was nothing to like—it had closed down. We arrived for our stay, found the place shut, were miles from home with no accommodation, and it was very hard to find a phone number.
“Lovely”
I loved the coziness of the place, the warm welcome, and how much they did for us; I hope they keep it open because it was lovely, clean, and comfy. Nothing I didn’t like.

Very friendly, clean, and comfortable, but we were unlucky to visit during a family crisis and they didn’t have a chef.
“Sorry that the host had got problems but expensive for a very hot room, no fan, with no other facilities.”
The room and bathroom were great size and the bed was reasonably comfortable, but the kitchen and bar were shut and likely to stay that way, so if you expect to eat or drink there you won’t get it.

The location was fine, but the double room number 3 was okay until we locked the door and couldn’t get back in for 20 minutes because the owner couldn’t open it. The twin room number 2 had no toilet paper, and my son fell through the bed at 1 am and had to sleep on the floor. In double room number 1 every time we flushed the toilet the noise rang for about 5 minutes, so we avoided flushing after 11 pm and waited until 7 am. Also there was no food at the pub because the chefs had a fight in the kitchen two weeks ago, both left, and they didn’t tell me until the second night.
