Water park in the middle of the jungle is amazing! Plus a 25m swimming pool :) Nearby walk to a waterfall plus 2-3 jungle tracks :) Food was very good! And portions were very generous :) Great place for families with kids 😁. The place itself needs a lot of maintenance :( TV didn't work in both of our rooms.

Yes, it needs to renovate and improve some facilities. Some facilities are not maintained and the place needs promotion to attract more visitors.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, which is situated deep in the jungle. On the plus side, the staff were attentive to our needs and the air conditioning worked well. However, the hotel itself is in a sorry state, with creaky wooden structures and musty-smelling rooms. The empty, neglected areas within the hotel grounds made for an eerie atmosphere, especially when we were the only guests for a night.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's outskirts location, which offered a serene atmosphere. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that some areas of the resort were in disrepair. The outdoor grounds were also quite slippery, which made it difficult to navigate.

The hotel's proximity to Bintulu was a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The property was poorly maintained, with a slippery road and a dirty toilet near the water park. The food options were also limited, which was disappointing.
